A local delivery fee of $15.00 will be added to each order within St. Albert, and $20.00 for in town addresses in Edmonton and Sherwood Park.
The delivery charge for Morinville is $20.00. Sturgeon county and rural areas around these locations vary depending on the distance from the store but start at $15.00.
(For outgoing wire orders an additional relay charge of $14.95 will be added to each order.)
Orders must be received before 12:00 p.m. to assure same-day delivery to Edmonton, Sherwood Park and surrounding areas. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day. Deliveries for St. Albert will be accepted till 2 hours before we close that day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and colour scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
PLEASE NOTE: Images of some of the arrangements listed on the internet can be deceptive as to the size and shape of arrangement (can be one sided or all around) and quanity of flowers used. For example, some arrangements shown with roses in it may feature mini spray roses (up to five blooms per stem) this would look like there 4 or 5 roses in it, however value wise this would equal one large rose.
